In this work, a novel approach to predict the fouling layer growth on internal surface of tube by means transient CFD model is presented. The takes into account complexity chemical and physical phenomena coupled with dynamic mesh. mesh method programmed user defined functions for allowing grow tube. study carried out through in 2-D computational domain which contemplates: radial effects profiles temperature velocity, consumption productions species due reactions. This applied deposits petrochemical fired heater, thermal cracking process oil. Results temperature, oil concentration distillate coke distribution fields are obtained. Moreover, growth, deposit accumulation along time, predicted, also, metal computed identify ?hot spots?. According results, reduces diameter until 24% at exit comparison clean tube, leads apparition spots? high increment exit.
